Invoices, medical reports, receipts or any other data can be scanned or attached to a specific invoice or claim in C1M. The document management provides an Inbox & Outbox for every invoice and claim thus ensure a complete electronic record for immediate and accurate reference.

Payment Processing

A complex module crafted to provide the highest levels of security yet user friendly with batching and pre-determined authority levels, grouped according to levels of experience and status. Multiple layers ensures no-one individual can ultimately authorize a payment. Exports of data to retail or commercial banks is also available for mass digital payment processing.

Security & Audit Log

Users are assigned to groups and each group has a detailed yet flexible set of security algorithms providing add, edit or delete rights to every data source in the system. Furthermore every time a user log’s in, their every save action or authorization is logged and date and time stamped. Thus for every claim, every invoice there is a complete and detailed audit log available in the event of operational audit or dispute resolution.

Policies & Schedules of Benefits

C1M uses its core proprietary validation engine to precisely validate claims payables. The engine caters to the most complex of products and can handle multiple policies, multiple schedules against multiple validation rules to determine precisely what is payable. Excess, deductibles, limits, diagnosis exclusions and even client specific rules can all be catered to with our unique and highly flexible engine.

Diagnosis & CPT

We use the globally accepted ‘International Classification of Diseases’ both ICD 9 and ICD 10 which can be used selectively by client or product type. Furthermore, you can pre-set diagnosis coding levels to 3, 4, 5 or full digit levels, depending upon your actuarial and reporting requirements. CPT4 coding of procedures and treatments to an internationally and actuarially accepted standard is also provided as standard.

Tasks, Assignments & Process Tracking

Claims adjusters, medical staff, administrators and managers can set tasks for any treatment / claim / invoice together with a due date and if applicable assign the task to another user. Users can view all tasks assigned to them and manage accoriding to priorities, whilst managers can view all tasks of all users in their teams and ensure work and duties are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.

A standard suite of reports comes as standard but we can tailor make reports for specific underwriting, claims reporting or other management needs.
